Divatrone Tablet will be prescribed to you depending on the condition you are being treated for. Do not self-medicate. The dose and duration of the treatment will be decided by your doctor after some investigations like blood tests, ultrasonography, etc. Always take the medicine at the same time every day to avoid missing a dose. Swallow it whole, without breaking or chewing, preferably with a glass of water. Continue taking it for the duration advised by your doctor to get the most benefits.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Divatrone Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Divatrone Tablet works by imitating the activities of the natural hormone progesterone, which helps to alleviate the symptoms of hormonal imbalances. It helps in female infertility by preparing the lining of the uterus for pregnancy. It regulates the menstrual cycle and prevents repeated miscarriages.
Divatrone Tablet is prescribed to treat a wide range of menstrual disorders and to maintain a healthy womb lining for the ongoing pregnancy. It may also be used in women who have suffered repeated miscarriages. It may cause bleeding or spotting in between menstrual periods. Inform your doctor immediately if it carries on for more than a few months. Before starting treatment with Divatrone Tablet, inform your doctor if you have any scheduled surgery. Inform your doctor if you are lactose intolerant since Divatrone Tablet contains lactose. Let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Take the medicine exactly as directed by your doctor. The duration of treatment depends on your medical condition and how you respond to the medication. Your doctor will advise you on the appropriate dosage and length of treatment.
Divatrone Tablet is prescribed for several conditions, including: * Endometriosis (a condition where the uterine lining grows outside the uterus) * Infertility related to low progesterone levels * Menstrual pain and irregular periods * Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) * Amenorrhea (stoppage of menstruation before menopause) * Unusually heavy or long periods during or after menopause.
Divatrone Tablet may increase the risk of hypospadias, a birth defect affecting the penis's urinary opening. This is potentially due to certain progestins taken by mothers during pregnancy. However, research on this specific connection is still ongoing, and there isn't clear evidence that Divatrone Tablet during pregnancy causes harm. Consult your doctor to discuss potential risks and benefits.
Divatrone Tablet contains a synthetic version of progesterone, which is a natural female sex hormone produced by the body.
Divatrone Tablet may help prevent habitual abortion (miscarriage) and potentially related cases. It can be beneficial if the reason behind a miscarriage involves low progesterone levels. However, consult your doctor to determine if this is appropriate for your individual case. It's important to follow your doctor’s instructions for optimal treatment.
Do not take Divatrone Tablet if you are allergic to it or if you have a tumor that is aggravated by progestins (such as meningioma). It's also advised to avoid it if you experience irregular periods with an unknown cause.
If you miss a dose of Divatrone Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If less than 12 hours are elapsed since the scheduled time, take it immediately after remembering. Continue with your next dose at the usual time. However, for doses missed after 12 hours, skip that particular dose. Don't try to double-dose to make up for a missed one. Missing any dosage can lead to irregular bleeding or spotting.
Breast pain is a possible side effect of Divatrone Tablet. It's recommended that you have a thorough breast examination before starting treatment. If you notice any breast-related changes like lumps, fullness changes, or heaviness, it’s crucial to inform your doctor.
