Introduction

Dimace M Tablet is taken with food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Dimace M Tablet is to be taken with food.

Dimace M Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Camylofin and Mefenamic Acid which relieve abdominal pain and cramps. Camylofin is an anti-cholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine) and stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Dimace M Tablet is prescribed to give relief from abdominal pain, cramps, and bloating. Take it with food or milk to avoid getting an upset stomach. If you need to take Dimace M Tablet over a long period of time, your doctor may want to prescribe another medicine along with it to protect your stomach from irritation. It is best to take it when the first sign of pain occurs. Inform your doctor if you have a history of asthma before taking this medicine.
