Dilozol O 50mg/5ml/125mg/5ml Suspension is an antibiotic medicine that is given to children to effectively treat a wide range of bacterial infections that may occur in the teeth, lungs, gastrointestinal infections, urinary and genital tract. It is a suspension that contains ofloxacin and ornidazole as its active ingredients. Both these ingredients tamper the bacteria's DNA, killing the infection-causing bacteria and stopping the infection from growing further without making them resistant to further treatment.

Dilozol O 50mg/5ml/125mg/5ml Suspension should only be given to your child for their current infection. Never save medicine for future illnesses.

Diarrhea is a common side effect. Encourage your child to drink plenty of water. Your child may have an altered taste or furry tongue after taking Dilozol O 50mg/5ml/125mg/5ml Suspension. Eating citrus fruit or sipping plenty of water or fruit juice may help. Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid within 2 hours of taking Dilozol O 50mg/5ml/125mg/5ml Suspension as these can affect the absorption of the medicine. Quit giving Dilozol O 50mg/5ml/125mg/5ml Suspension and speak to the doctor immediately if your child develops a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or has difficulty in breathing. Only give Dilozol O 50mg/5ml/125mg/5ml Suspension to your child for their current infection. Never save medicine for future illnesses.
