Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dilorol 50mg Tablet XL may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Dilorol 50mg Tablet XL with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds, dark chocolate, butter and meat.

Do not stop taking Dilorol 50mg Tablet XL suddenly as it can cause your blood pressure to rise suddenly, thereby increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke.
