Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dilorol 25mg Tablet XL may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Dilorol 25mg Tablet XL with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds, dark chocolate, butter and meat.

Dilorol 25mg Tablet XL should be taken once a day regularly at the same time. It may cause dizziness. If this happens to you, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Do not stop taking Dilorol 25mg Tablet XL suddenly as it can cause your blood pressure to rise suddenly, thereby increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke.
