Introduction

Dictat Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. It is used to relieve pain and inflammation in various conditions. It should be taken with or without food, and the dose and time between doses may be adjusted by your doctor according to your pain level and needs. Some common side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, heartburn, and diarrhea. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Dictat Tablet as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage In case of muscle pain, your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief along with taking Dictat Tablet Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers before taking this medicine
