Diclotos PM Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Magnesium Trisilicate and Paracetamol which relieve pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Magnesium Trisilicate is an inorganic salt which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Diclofenac.
Diclotos PM Tablet should be taken with or straight after a meal or snack. This helps to reduce the risk of stomach upset. If you have asthma symptoms such as wheeze or breathlessness might become worse by Diclotos PM Tablet. If this happens to you, consult your doctor immediately.
