DFO Red Gel is a topical gel containing Capsaicin, Diclofenac, Methyl salicylate, Linseed oil, and Menthol as its active ingredients. It acts as an analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and is used as a fast pain reliever. The gel is used to treat various conditions such as backaches, muscular sprains, joint pains, knee pain, injuries, general body ache, and arthritis pain.

Diclofenac is an NSAID that decreases the hormones that cause inflammation and pain in the body. Menthol and Methyl salicylate are counter-irritants that work by causing the skin to feel cool and then warm. Linseed oil decreases inflammation and attenuates pain, while Capsaicin lowers the chemicals that cause pain.
