It contains Desloratadine, an antiallergic that blocks histamine, and Montelukast, a leukotriene antagonist that reduces inflammation in the airways and nose. While effective, it may cause side effects such as dizziness, sleepiness, and dry mouth. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Dezlorid M Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Stop taking Dezlorid M Tablet at least three days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results.
