Dexoflem-SR Tablet should be taken with or without food, exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The dose and frequency depend on your condition. Common side effects include sleepiness, so avoid driving or attention-seeking activities. Inform your doctor if you have glaucoma, gastro-related issues, asthma, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol while on treatment.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Dexoflem-SR Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should not take this medicine unless prescribed by a doctor. Dexoflem-SR Tablet should not be taken by patients taking Monoamine oxidase inhibitors such as isocarboxazid, phenelzine, tranylcypromine, etc.
