Dexaneo-AC Ear Drop is a combination of two medicines: Neomycin and Dexamethasone. Neomycin is an antibiotic that stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Dexamethasone is a steroid medicine that blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause redness, swelling, and itching. This medicine is used for the treatment of bacterial skin infections.
Directions for Use
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside ear.
