Deworm Syrup is an effective antiparasitic and immunoregulatory agent used to treat a range of parasitic worm infections in children. It may also be given for skin infections such as leprosy, warts, lichen planus, and aphthous ulcers. The syrup works by paralyzing the worms present in the intestines, causing them to die and be removed through stools. It also promotes activation of white blood cells and helps restore the normal function of the immune system.
Follow the prescribed dosage strictly. In case your child is prescribed to take this medicine for a few days, make sure to complete the dosage as stopping abruptly may lead to re-infection.
