Deuel-O Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Take it on an empty stomach, but try taking it at a fixed time each day. Remember you should not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor. In case you vomit within one hour of taking a dose, then take another dose and avoid heavy meals throughout the day. Before taking this medicine, it is better to inform your doctor if you have any liver disease as the dose of your medicine may need adjustment. Your doctor may regularly monitor your liver enzymes, especially when the medicine is prescribed for a long time. It is a well-tolerated and safe medicine and has a very low incidence of any harmful effects. But, it may cause certain side effects like constipation, stomach pain, fatigue, headache, flatulence, and flushing of skin. However, these are temporary and usually resolve on their own. Please consult your doctor if these do not subside or bother you. This medicine may cause diarrhea, so it is better to take plenty of fluids while taking this medicine as it may help prevent dehydration. However, it is better to consult your doctor if you get watery diarrhea with fever or stomach pain that does not go away. Dizziness and sleepiness may also occur, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Deuel-O Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.

Deuel-O Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Pantoprazole and Ondansetron. Pantoprazole reduces the amount of acid your stomach makes, while Ondansetron blocks the actions of chemicals in the body that can trigger nausea and vomiting.
Deuel-O Tablet helps treat nausea and vomiting. Take it one hour before meal, preferably in the morning. It is fast-acting and starts working within 30 minutes. If you vomit within one hour of taking a dose, take another dose. Avoid heavy meals and sip water regularly while taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea, fever, or stomach pain that does not go away.
