Denjil-Forte Tablet is a prescription medicine used to treat Alzheimer's disease. It helps to slow down the progression of moderate to severe Alzheimer's by improving memory and thinking. It also increases the levels of a chemical messenger involved in the transmission of nerve signals. While it does not cure Alzheimer's, it may help with brain function and daily activities. Patients should monitor their body weight regularly as both the medication and Alzheimer's disease can cause weight loss. It is important to inform your doctor if you have a history of seizures, as the medication may raise the chances of seizures. Additionally, it may cause stomach ulcers, especially if taken with medications for inflammation or pain. Consult your doctor if you experience vomiting blood or have black-colored stools.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Denjil-Forte Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Denjil-Forte Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Donepezil and Memantine. Donepezil is a cholinesterase inhibitor while Memantine is an NMDA inhibitor. Together, they balance the levels of chemical messengers in the brain and help in the transmission of nerve signals.

Denjil-Forte Tablet is used for the symptomatic treatment of Alzheimer's disease. It does not cure Alzheimer's.
