Common side effects include headache, dizziness, nausea, and constipation, which are usually temporary. Diarrhea may also occur but should stop once the treatment is complete. Consult your doctor if side effects persist or if you notice blood in your stools. Avoid this medicine if you are allergic to any of its ingredients, and special care should be taken for individuals with kidney problems.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid taking it with dairy products.

Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools. Notify your doctor if you feel pain in your tendons, numbness, or tingling sensations. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding.
