Degarel 120mg Injection is used in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer by lowering the amount of testosterone produced in the body and restricting the growth of cancer cells.

Degarel 120mg Injection is given as an injection under the skin only under the supervision of a doctor. Do not try to self inject the medicine as it might enhance the chances of an accident or get injected into the veins. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you.
Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.

Degarel 120mg Injection lowers the amount of testosterone (a male hormone) produced by the body. This may slow or stop the spread and growth of prostate cancer cells that need testosterone to grow.
Degarel 120mg Injection helps in the treatment of advanced hormone-dependent prostate cancer. It is given by injection under the skin (subcutaneously) usually in the stomach area. It may cause dizziness and blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you. It may cause hot flashes. Try wearing loose clothing and avoid alcohol, caffeine, and spicy foods. Inform your doctor if you are diabetic or have problems with your heart, kidney or liver.
