Prefer giving Defsure 6mg/5ml Suspension with food as an empty stomach can trigger acidity and gastric reflux. Avoid giving antacids along with Defsure 6mg/5ml Suspension. If both need to be given, leave a gap of at least 2 hours between administration of Defsure 6mg/5ml Suspension and antacids.
