Prefer giving Defahit 6mg Syrup with food as an empty stomach can trigger acidity and gastric reflux. Avoid giving antacids along with Defahit 6mg Syrup. If both need to be given, leave a gap of at least 2 hours between administration of Defahit 6mg Syrup and antacids.
