Introduction

Daz Plus 0.25mg/20mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Alprazolam and Propranolol. It calms the brain by decreasing the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells. It also blocks the action of certain chemical messengers on the heart and blood vessels. This reduces heart rate and blood pressure.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Daz Plus 0.25mg/20mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.

It works by increasing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in brain. Propranolol is a beta blocker which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers on the heart and blood vessels. This reduces heart rate, blood pressure, and strain on the heart.

Daz Plus 0.25mg/20mg Tablet is used for the treatment of anxiety. It can take a week or two after starting this treatment before the effect begins to build up It can take 4-6 weeks before you feel the full benefit. Do not stop taking it after a week or two feeling it is not helping. Do not stop taking Daz Plus 0.25mg/20mg Tablet unless your doctor tells you to do so. Stopping treatment suddenly can cause problems and your doctor will probably want you to reduce your dose gradually when this becomes necessary. Try to keep your regular appointments with your doctor. This is so your doctor can check on your progress.
