Dasania 70mg Tablet is used to treat blood cancer (chronic myeloid leukaemia) in patients who cannot be treated with other medications or who experience side effects.

Dasania 70mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it is recommended to take it at the same time every day. Your doctor will decide the necessary dose and frequency of administration. It may take several weeks or months to see the benefits, but do not stop taking it unless your doctor advises you to. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and rash. It may also cause increased heartbeat and low or high blood pressure, so regular blood pressure checks are recommended. Antacid intake should be avoided within 2 hours of taking this medicine. Regular blood tests are required to check blood cells.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Dasania 70mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
