Dapaturn GM Forte 1 Tablet ER is a combination of three antidiabetic medications used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps control high blood sugar levels, reducing the chances of serious complications of diabetes and also helps prevent heart disease.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dapaturn GM Forte 1 Tablet ER may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Dapaturn GM Forte 1 Tablet ER is a combination of three antidiabetic medications. Dapagliflozin lowers blood sugar by causing the kidneys to get rid of more glucose in the urine. Glimepiride lowers blood sugar by causing the pancreas to produce insulin and helping the body use insulin efficiently. Metformin helps to control the amount of glucose in your blood, decreasing the amount of glucose you absorb from your food and the amount of glucose made by your liver.
