Dapaent M 10mg/500mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps control the high blood sugar levels seen in diabetes. This reduces the chances of serious complications of diabetes and also helps prevent heart disease.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Dapaent M 10mg/500mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
It may cause urinary tract infection. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids and practice good genital hygiene. It may cause your body to lose too much fluid (dehydration) or you to urinate more often. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. It can cause hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level) when used with other antidiabetic medicines, alcohol, or if you delay or miss a meal.
