Introduction

Dapacose-M 10 Tablet ER is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines: Dapagliflozin and Metformin. It helps control the high blood sugar levels seen in diabetes, reducing the chances of serious complications of diabetes and also helps prevent heart disease.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Dapacose-M 10 Tablet ER is to be taken with food.

Urinary tract infection Dehydration Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level) when used with other antidiabetic medicines, alcohol, or if you delay or miss a meal

Dapacose-M 10 Tablet ER is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines: Dapagliflozin and Metformin. Dapagliflozin works by removing excess sugar (glucose) from your body through urine. Metformin works by lowering sugar production in the liver, delaying glucose absorption from intestines and increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin. Together, they provide better control of blood sugar.

Take it with food to lower your chance of having an upset stomach. Drink plenty of fluids and practice good genital hygiene to prevent urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated to prevent dehydration. Always carry some sugary food or fruit juice with you in case you experience hypoglycemia symptoms such as cold sweats, cool pale skin, tremor, and anxious feeling.
