Shake the bottle well before use. Add 10-20 ml (1-2 tablespoons) of giloy juice to a cup of water (100-150 ml). Consume twice a day (morning and evening) or as directed by the healthcare professional. If required, add honey/salt/sugar to enhance the flavour.
