Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Caffeine is a stimulant that decreases sleepiness caused by Cetirizine.

Do not take it with any other medicine containing (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first. Stick to simple meals and avoid fatty or spicy foods to avoid nausea after taking this medicine. Take plenty of fluids, especially warm water, soup, etc. to feel better in common cold.
