It may cause dizziness and sleepiness, so caution is advised while driving or performing tasks requiring mental focus. Avoid alcohol as it can worsen sleepiness. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before use. It should be used with caution in patients with liver and kidney disease or alcohol abuse and is not recommended for infants under six months.

Inform your doctor if you experience severe or long-lasting pain in your stomach.
