Cyblex D 60 XR Tablet is a combination of three medicines used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps control the high blood sugar levels in diabetic patients. This reduces the chances of serious complications of diabetes and also helps prevent heart disease.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cyblex D 60 XR Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Cyblex D 60 XR Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medications. Dapagliflozin lowers blood sugar by causing the kidneys to get rid of more glucose in the urine. Gliclazide increases the amount of insulin your pancreas makes. Insulin reduces blood sugar by helping the cells use/store glucose.

You should continue to exercise regularly eat a healthy diet Monitor your blood sugar level regularly while you are taking this medicine It can cause hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level) when used with other antidiabetic medicines, alcohol or if you delay or miss a meal Tell your doctor immediately if you experience any deep or rapid breathing or if you have persistent nausea, vomiting and stomach pain as Cyblex D 60 XR Tablet may cause a rare but serious condition called lactic acidosis Your doctor may check your liver function regularly. Inform your doctor if you develop symptoms such as abdominal pain, loss of appetite or yellowing of the eyes or skin (jaundice)
