Docusate sodium is a stool softener that increases the amount of water into the bowel, softening the stools. Senna glycosides act as a laxative, helping to clear the stomach and ease constipation. This medication is available in tablet form and is indicated for use in adults and adolescents, as well as children aged 6-12 years.

Take one to two tablets at bedtime for adults and adolescents, one tablet at bedtime for children 6-12 years of age, or as directed by the physician.
