How it works
CST Lotion is a combination of three medicines: Clobetasol, Salicylic Acid, and Coal Tar which treat psoriasis. Clobetasol is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Salicylic Acid and Coal Tar are keratolytic medicines which break down keratin clumps, remove dead skin cells, and soften the skin.

CST Lotion is used to treat the redness swelling itching and discomfort associated with psoriasis. Wash your skin with a mild cleanser and pat it dry before applying CST Lotion. Apply it as a thin layer onto a clean, dry, unbroken infected area of skin. Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the cream in these areas. Use a mild moisturizer regularly to overcome the skin dryness during the course of treatment.
