Cremagel-H Cream is a combination of three medicines: Lidocaine, Metronidazole, and sucralfate. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that blocks pain signals from the nerves to the brain, Metronidazole is an antibiotic that kills harmful bacteria, and sucralfate is a protective agent that forms a protective layer on the skin and prevents irritation.
