Introduction

Cranfit Tablet is a unique formulation that combines the benefits of Cranberry and D-Mannose to promote urinary tract health and reduce the frequency of Urinary tract infections (UTIs).

Take one tablet thrice daily for the prophylaxis of recurrent UTIs, or as directed by a physician.

The tablet works by inhibiting the binding of E. coli bacteria to the urinary tract through the binding of proanthocyanidins and D-mannose.
