Coxtol Tablet is a combination of two medicines used to treat muscle pain, acting on the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and improve pain and movement of muscles.

Introduction

Coxtol Tablet can be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Your doctor may change the dose and time between doses according to your pain level and your needs. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor. Some of the common side effects of this medicine include sleepiness, weakness, flu-like symptoms, diarrhea, indigestion, and flatulence. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help you with ways to reduce or prevent these side effects by prescribing an alternative medicine or adjusting the dose.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Coxtol Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Coxtol Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tolperisone and Etoricoxib which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Tolperisone is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles. Etoricoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Coxtol Tablet is used to treat muscle pain. It may cause dizziness and fatigue. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Coxtol Tablet as it may cause excessive drowsiness. Regularly monitor your blood pressure while taking this medicine, particularly in the first two weeks after starting treatment. Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, heart diseases, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease. Inform your doctor if you notice yellowing of eyes or skin, dark urine, or stomach pain.
