The most common side effects include burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. These side effects are usually temporary but consult your doctor if they persist or worsen. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using this medicine.

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.

Cortisone BM Cream is a steroid that works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy.

Cortisone BM Cream is used to treat redness, swelling, itching, and discomfort of various skin conditions. Apply it to the affected areas as a thin film two or three times daily or as advised by your doctor. Don't use it more often or for longer than advised by your doctor. Don't cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor. If the area of skin you are treating becomes infected, stop using Cortisone BM Cream and consult your doctor. Consult your doctor if your skin condition has not improved after 2 weeks of treatment.
