Cortel AZ 40/8 Tablet is a combination of Telmisartan and Azelnidipine. It may be taken with or without food, and it is essential to take it regularly and at a fixed time each day to get maximum benefits. If you miss any doses, take it as soon as you remember it. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not stop taking suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Cortel AZ 40/8 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
