Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen your drowsiness. Lifestyle modifications like having cold milk and avoiding hot tea, coffee, spicy food or chocolate can help you to get better results. Incorporate lifestyle changes such as eating regular meals, drinking plenty of water, avoiding spicy and fatty fried food, losing weight if obese, quitting smoking, and not drinking too much alcohol. Do not go to bed immediately after taking a meal. Sit in a relaxed position for some time for better digestion.
