Introduction

Colixymex Syrup is a medication that contains Dill Oil, Fennel Oil, and Simethicone as its active ingredients. It is used to treat infant colic, griping pain, flatulence, and abdominal discomfort. The syrup works by increasing the rate of expulsion of gases from the stomach, relieving digestive tract discomfort due to excessive gas in the stomach, and acting as an anti-foaming agent to treat abdominal swelling, pain, and discomfort.

Administer the syrup before or after meals. The recommended dose is two teaspoonfuls, taken two to three times daily, or as directed by a physician.
