Introduction

Coleth SP Tablet should be taken with food to prevent an upset stomach. The dose and duration depend on the condition being treated and the patient's response. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, and heartburn. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or worsen. Inform your doctor of any other medical conditions or medications you are taking. Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease, and consult a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Take Coleth SP Tablet with food.

Coleth SP Tablet is a combination of Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation. Paracetamol is an antipyretic that reduces fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that breaks down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.

You have been prescribed this combination medicine for relieving pain and inflammation. Take it with food to avoid getting an upset stomach. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how Coleth SP Tablet affects you. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Coleth SP Tablet as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage. Do not take it with any other medicine containing acetaminophen (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first.
