Introduction

Coldish-N Tablet is a medication designed to alleviate symptoms associated with the common cold. It helps relieve allergic symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and nasal congestion. Additionally, it blocks the release of certain chemicals that cause pain and inflammation, thereby relieving aches and fever associated with colds. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond seven days.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Coldish-N Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers causing pain and inflammation. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that blocks chemical messengers in the brain responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that narrows small blood vessels, providing relief from nasal congestion. Caffeine is a stimulant that blocks the action of certain natural substances (adenosine and phosphodiesterase).

Coldish-N Tablet is prescribed to get relief from symptoms of common cold. Take exactly as directed by your doctor or on the label. Do not increase the dosage or take for longer than recommended. Call your doctor if your symptoms have not improved within seven days of treatment. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications for cold. Along with taking Coldish-N Tablet, do the following simple tips at home to get relief: Steam inhalation, gargling with warm saltwater, applying vapor rubs on chest and back if needed, taking enough rest, consuming warm food and fluids, ensuring adequate fluid intake, and maintaining hygiene measures to reduce spread such as frequent hand-washing and avoiding sharing towels and pillowcases.
