Cofsy LS Syrup is a combination of Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol/Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin. It's used to treat coughs with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic; it thins and loosens the mucus (phlegm) making it easier to cough up. Levosalbutamol acts as a bronchodilator, relaxing airway muscles and widening airways. Guaifenesin works as an expectorant by decreasing the stickiness of mucus and helping it clear from the airways.
