Cof Q Lozenges is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early, your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not handle the tablets with wet hands. Place it in your mouth and allow it to dissolve slowly. Do not chew or swallow. It may take sometime to dissolve. Cof Q Lozenges may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Cof Q Lozenges is prescribed to get relief from a dry cough. Take it after every 2 to 3 hours or as suggested by the doctor. Do not take it for more than 3 days. Consult your doctor if you do not observe any improvement in symptoms. Do not take more than 8 lozenges in 24 hours. Each lozenge contains sugar. This should be taken into account if you have diabetes mellitus.
