Why can't I get sufficient vitamin B12 in my diet?
You can obtain vitamin B12 from sources like meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products. However, vegetarians or vegans may not receive adequate B12 as it is not naturally found in fruits, vegetables, and grains. This can lead to Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Vitamin B12 deficiency may cause fatigue, weakness, constipation, loss of appetite, weight loss, and megaloblastic anemia (an abnormality in red blood cell size). It may also lead to nerve problems such as numbness and tingling in the hands and feet.
