Cncal Tablet is a nutritional supplement that contains calcium carbonate, vitamin D3, mecobalamin, L-methyl folate, and pyridoxal-5 Phosphate as active ingredients. It helps to meet the calcium requirements of the body when the dietary intake is not sufficient. Calcium makes bones stronger by enhancing bone density and helps in managing and preventing low calcium levels. Vitamin D3 helps to absorb calcium from the stomach. Mecobalamin helps in the proper functioning of the brain, nerves, and the production of red blood cells. Pyridoxal-5 phosphate helps in regulating essential metabolic functions like protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism.
