Clotas-Plus Tablet is a combination of Clonazepam and Propranolol. Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine that increases the action of GABA, a chemical messenger that suppresses abnormal and excessive nerve cell activity in the brain. Propranolol is a beta blocker that blocks certain chemical messengers on the heart and blood vessels, reducing heart rate, blood pressure, and strain on the heart.

Clotas-Plus Tablet is used for the treatment of anxiety. It can take a week or two for the effect to build up and 4-6 weeks to feel the full benefit. Do not stop taking it suddenly; consult your doctor for a gradual dose reduction. Avoid getting up too fast from a sitting or lying position to prevent dizziness.
