Introduction

Clobite GM Cream is a combination of four medicines: Clobetasol, Neomycin, Miconazole, and Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate. It is used to treat skin infections by reducing inflammation, killing bacteria, stopping fungal growth, and having astringent and antiseptic action.

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.

Clobite GM Cream is a combination of four medicines: Clobetasol, Neomycin, Miconazole, and Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate. Clobetasol is a steroid medicine that blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Neomycin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Miconazole is an antifungal that stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate has astringent and antiseptic action.

You have been prescribed Clobite GM Cream for the treatment of skin infections. Wash your skin with a mild cleanser and pat it dry before applying. Apply it as a thin layer onto a clean, dry, unbroken infected area of skin twice a day. Do not share your towel or clothes with anyone and wear clean clothes every day to prevent infection. It may take several weeks to show its action. Keep using it as suggested by your doctor.
