Introduction

Clin Duo N Gel is only meant for external use and should be used as advised by your doctor. If it gets into your eyes, nose, mouth, or vagina, rinse with water. It may take several days to weeks for your symptoms to improve, but you should keep using this medicine regularly. Clin Duo N Gel is a combination of two medicines: Clindamycin and Nicotinamide. Clindamycin is an antibiotic which works by penetrating into the skin and killing acne-causing bacteria. Nicotinamide is a form of vitamin B. It exerts anti-inflammatory effects when applied to the skin and reduces swelling, redness, and tenderness associated with acne.
