It is also effective against H. pylori, a bacteria associated with peptic ulcer disease. The medicine is taken orally, preferably one hour before or two hours after a meal, and should be used regularly at evenly spaced time intervals as prescribed by your doctor. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better, as stopping the medicine too early may lead to the infection returning or worsening.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Clact 250mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
