Introduction

Cirmac-GM Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. It is best taken with food to prevent upset stomach. Take it regularly as advised by your doctor and do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended. Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, constipation, indigestion, heartburn, and urine discoloration. If you experience any side effects that do not resolve with time or get worse, let your doctor know. The medicine may not be suitable for everybody, so inform your doctor of any medical conditions or disorders and all other medicines you are taking. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors first before using the medicine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Cirmac-GM Tablet is to be taken with food.

Cirmac-GM Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diacerein, Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium Chloride, and Methyl Sulfonyl Methane. Diacerein and Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium Chloride are proteoglycan synthesis stimulators, while Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM) is a nutritional supplement. Together, they help in the building of cartilage, leading to joint repair. MSM additionally lowers inflammation of the joints.

Cirmac-GM Tablet helps in relieving symptoms of osteoarthritis. It may take several weeks to see treatment benefits. Keep taking the medicine as prescribed by your doctor. It reduces friction in the joints to provide comfort during physical movements. Any of the side effects other than those mentioned above if occur, do consult the treating physician. Let your doctor know if your symptoms do not improve even after two to three months of taking the medication.
