Cipin 12.5mg Tablet is an atypical antipsychotics. It works by modulating the action of certain chemical messengers in the brain that affects thoughts. It helps treat schizophrenia in people for whom other medicines are ineffective or not tolerated.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cipin 12.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Cipin 12.5mg Tablet.
Cipin 12.5mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Cipin 12.5mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Take it with or without food preferably at the same time everyday. It can cause dizziness and sleepiness. Be cautious while driving or doing anything that requires concentration. It may cause low blood pressure and dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and rise slowly from a sitting or lying position. It may increase your weight, blood sugar and cholesterol. Eat healthy, exercise regularly and monitor your blood levels regularly.
