Take it at the same time every day to help you remember to take it. Lowering high blood pressure helps prevent stroke and heart attack. Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down to lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out. Raise your legs while you are sitting down and talk to your doctor if ankle or foot swelling does not go away. Do not stop taking Cilnep TM 10mg/50mg/40mg Tablet ER suddenly without talking to your doctor.
