Cildiart T 10mg/40mg Tablet is a combination of Cilnidipine and Telmisartan, used to manage high blood pressure. By relaxing blood vessels, it makes it easier for the heart to pump blood, thereby reducing the risk of heart attack or stroke. Common side effects include dizziness, sleepiness, and swelling of ankles or feet. It is important to avoid alcohol and consult a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Cildiart T 10mg/40mg Tablet combines Cilnidipine, a calcium channel blocker (CCB), and Telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). These work together to relax blood vessels and improve the heart's efficiency in pumping blood.
